This class demystifies the barbecue and how it relates to seafood and cooking fish, covering also seafood nutrition. You will learn the ins and outs of barbecuing seafood and create your own barbecue banquet to be enjoyed at the end of class, matched with wine or beer. Recipes and course notes included. Recipes include: Salt and Pepper mudcrab, Coconut King Prawns in lime aioli and Moroccan spiced barramundi & BBQ Queensland scallops on a green mango salad.
